Check your coverage
Windshield damage is usually covered if your Belairdirect policy includes comprehensive or all perils coverage. You can check this on your policy documents or in the Belairdirect app or online account. You'll pay your deductible, and the rest is billed to your insurer.
How to start your claim
- Report the damage to Belairdirect through their claims line, app or website
- Tell them it's a glass claim
- Let them know you'd like to use Windshield Toronto Replacement
Or skip all of that. Send us your policy number and a photo of the damage, and we'll coordinate with Belairdirect for you.
Can I use my own shop with Belairdirect?
In Ontario, you generally get to choose where your car is repaired. Belairdirect may recommend a shop, but you can ask to use us instead.
