If you're insured with Allstate and your windshield is chipped or cracked, your replacement may be covered. Here's how it works.
Check your coverage
Windshield damage is usually covered if your Allstate policy includes comprehensive or all perils coverage. You can check this on your policy documents or in the Allstate app or online account. You'll pay your deductible, and the rest is billed to your insurer.
How to start your claim
- Report the damage to Allstate through their claims line, app or website
- Tell them it's a glass claim
- Let them know you'd like to use Windshield Toronto Replacement
Or skip all of that. Send us your policy number and a photo of the damage, and we'll coordinate with Allstate for you.
Can I use my own shop with Allstate?
In Ontario, you generally get to choose where your car is repaired. Allstate may recommend a shop, but you can ask to use us instead.
What we do for Allstate customers
- Confirm your coverage
- Handle the claim details and billing
- Replace your windshield at your home, work or our location
- Recalibrate your safety cameras if needed
FAQ
Will this raise my Allstate premium?
Glass claims under comprehensive coverage aren't at-fault collisions. Ask Allstate how a glass claim affects your policy if you're unsure.
How fast can you do it?
Often within a day or two of your claim being approved.
